Is it prompting you for Regular Cleaning or Advanced Cleaning? We will either mail you the appropriate cleaning card or we will send someone out to clean the printer for you.

Have you tried clearing the print queue for the ID printer? Sometimes clearing the queue and restarting the printer will fix this issue.
